Rasputin Catamite will be updating only on Wednesdays. I really enjoy painting the comic, but this isn’t easy to do on a full work schedule. Fear not, there is still plenty of Velvet Rasputin webcomic action to be had every Friday, on our sister site, Rasputin Barxotka. Rasputin Catamite Changes Style: Feedback Please.

So I had a flash of inspiration upon listening to Slash’s “Ghost” and Deep Forest “Yuki Song — Essence of the Forest Remix.” You will see the work that inspired my latest stylistic shift next week on Monday. Tomorrow, however, you will see the second piece to be affected by the new style for Rasputin Catamite. These two pieces, and quite possibly all RC’s from now will be 100% digitally illustrated, from pencil to end. It takes a lot longer than the old style, but I think the effort is worth it. Here’s a sneak peak at what you have to look forward to:

A lot of the ultraviolence is still in limbo, but the smuttery is back. I restored some of the uncensored bits from the original Velvet Rasputin Online Comics (a.k.a. Rasputin Catamite, Rasputin Barxotka and Slavebutt for Satan.) If you want to see it, be of age, go to this website, and subscribe. There are other artists there too. Thank you!
