The two photographs above: Vas once did a Tsar paper doll. Ariane decided to join him for some photo shoots and got him new costumes. The first one is a costume that can be equally used for vikings, ancient germans, barbarians of all cultures and fantasy warriors in general, as it is neither historic or authentic. The second one as sixties villian is made before an authentic C111 toycar of that period. This special model car has a quite sad background story I will not tell here. ariane playing russian revolution with Tsar: The oddball russian (simply adding -ski and -off) is copied from Lyonel Feininger’s (later fame as important modern painter and Bauhaus protagonist) groundbreaking “Kinder Kids”-comic from 1906.
The last one showing Ariane in a tutu: Vas once proposed to put Tsar in a Tutu as punishment for insulting Ariane. Ariane suddenly felt sorry for him an put the tutu on herself to spare him from humilation.
