So I take it his art style is realism.

(Yes, I do make this joke every time a character draws something that is in the same art style as the comic itself. Why do you ask?)

Actually, it is. And it's sibling webcomic, I Have Problems you actually see Lechy's finished work in what would be the real world style. Not only is it realism, but it's pointillism when rendered an ink and extremely well executed. However, that's not on the webcomic yet so you can't see it.
